Back to where we belong
We’ve been basking under blue skies, marvelling at blossom-laden trees, spending time by the sea. So far spring in our hometown is following the standard rhythm of the last couple of years. But this year something different is going on, something that’s putting a spring in all our steps, something that’s creating a heady simmer of excitement – we’re making plans, arranging meet ups, booking tickets, plotting coffee catch ups, building up to being back in Frankfurt.

Matt kicked off a brilliant TEDx Brighton last week with a comic-book caper through 12 million lessons in happiness. It came as no surprise to learn that happier employees are more productive, more creative, sell more and create better financial outcomes. More surprising was the assertion that we’re all wearing super happiness suits and hiding behind emotional deflector fields – and the toll that this is taking.

What we're most looking forward to
Um… everything?
We’ve been trying to pin down what we’re most looking forward to at IMEX in Frankfurt 2022, but it has proven nigh on impossible. The best we’ve been able to do is compile this not-at-all short list. If we had to say just one thing (not our best skill we know!) it would be that we cannot wait to celebrate the sheer, simple joyfulness of being back together again.
